The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that boosts productivity by breaking work into 25-minute intervals, called Pomodoros, separated by 5-minute breaks. After 4 Pomodoros, take a longer 15-30 minute break. This method prevents burnout, helps maintain focus, and creates a sense of accomplishment as you tick off completed Pomodoros.
